epdm
Known for low-maintenance and weatherabilty, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is the optimal choice in many geographies. In northern climates, black EPDM membrane harnesses solar energy, equating to reduced heating costs in the winter.
pvc
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a trusted membrane with decades of proven performance in Europe and North America. Like TPO, it also offers the potential for decreased cooling costs.
tpo
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is the fastest-growing segment of the commercial roofing industry. In southern climates, TPO is effective where cooling costs significantly outweigh heating costs.
